Hi.
I like rocks, citrus, Chushingura, driving fast, old American religious music, brussels sprouts, narrative history, antonyms but not the ones you're thinking of, blowing things up, Beowulf, roses, ceramics, Caravaggio, lace knitting, well-constructed arguments, achilleas, taking excessively long baths, the subjunctive, jackalopes, Junkyard Wars, the Fibonacci sequence, and finicky technical conversations about how English works. I believe myself to be on good terms with God. I believe my political views represent the exact center of the spectrum of discourse. I remember text better than titles. I think Avram Davidson, Keith Giffen, H. W. Fowler, and George H. Thomas are underrated. I work in the publishing industry (the real one). Sometimes I teach writing. When life gets stressful, I find it soothing to help further the education of persons who are manifestly in need of such attention.
